This beautiful cactus garden located in Palo Alto next to the Lucile Packard Stanford Children's Hospital is a great location if you're wanting something different and unique! The quaint garden area has a wide variety succulents and cacti which adds great visual interest in photos. There is also a wide open space of towering eucalyptus trees that catch the light in beautiful ways!
PARKING
Parking is free all day on the weekends and weekdays after 4:30PM.
The parking lot, located off of Quarry Rd. that leads straight into the cactus garden, is listed as the L-3 Quarry South Lot.

ACCESSIBILITY
This park has flat smooth paths woven throughout the garden as well as paved trails along the eucalyptus grove.
PETS
Pets are allowed at this location! There are squirrels and birds as well as other dogs walking the paths so be sure to keep a leash for your fur baby.
DOWNSIDES
There are no accessible public bathrooms.
This is a hotspot for many photographers during the fall and winter season and it can get a bit crowded.
The cactus garden itself is pretty small so weekdays may be best.
