It was the “bee’s knees” seeing this family again. We say bees, because they were a part of our session and we can laugh about it now. A wasp’s nest in the ground was irritated during the middle of this session and we ran for our lives to get away when Heather got stung. She was a trooper about it but we know it probably hurt like the dickens! Our family were so gracious the whole time and we were able to continue the session without any other hindrances or anyone else getting bit - thank goodness! (We’ve now added no bug bites to our prayer list prior to sessions now, thank you very much.) The lil’ dresses the girls wore were so stinkin’ cute and, coming from a girl gang ourselves, loved the connection and relationship between them! Mom and Dad are such great parents and are so great with communicating to their kids. We played games and we had loads of fun! Cuesta Park has a cool field that gives great sky views but we warn you - there are wasps’ nests in the ground! So watch out!
