This was the most fun couple photoshoot we've ever done! It was our first time with this adorable couple, so we weren't sure what to expect, but we hit it off right away and had a blast! They were super relaxed with us, and the whole session felt like we were just hanging out with friends.
This couple wanted to celebrate 5 years of marriage with a photoshoot—how sweet is that? They were up for anything, so we got to try out some poses we've been wanting to experiment with.
We kicked things off near Coffee Guys outside the 4th Street Garage and spent some time under the big oak tree and deck. We tried some twirly dancing poses that showed off the beautiful blue patterned dress that was just perfect for twirling.
Then we headed over to 3rd Street (don't worry, we checked for cars and it was mostly empty, so we didn't stop traffic), and snapped some cute and flirty downtown street photos. Our favorites were when they ran together holding hands or playfully bumped hips. The best was when he gave her a piggyback ride—so many laughs!
Next, we moved to some white walls outside the yoga studio (right across from MoHi Farms Restaurant, which is super yummy!), and got some romantic wall photos. The couple was super chill even with a lot of people walking by on that corner.
We've been itching to try an upper garage photoshoot, and when we suggested it, they were totally excited to give it a shot, and we're so glad we did!
This session was a breeze because the couple was so in love, truly each other's best friends, and already such joyful and amazing people. We just went along for the ride.
If you're on the fence about whether to splurge on a couple photoshoot, we say IT'S WORTH THE INVESTMENT! It's a testament of all the highs and lows, the hard-fought moments, and the joy that comes with it. Why not celebrate that?
